2. File the Claim
If there's real damage, you call your carrier and open the claim. We give you the photos and notes to make that call easy.
3. Adjuster Meeting
We meet the adjuster on site so nothing gets missed and the scope reflects what your home actually needs.
4. Review the Scope
When the insurance estimate arrives, we go through it line by line and flag anything they left out or underpaid.
5. Supplements
If the carrier missed items or code requirements, we submit the supplement paperwork and work it out with them, not you.
6. Materials & Scheduling
You pick colors and materials, we order everything and lock in an install date that works for you.
7. Installation
Our crew completes the work to manufacturer spec, cleans up every nail, and backs it with our 5-year workmanship warranty.
8. Final Invoice
We send the completion paperwork your carrier needs to release the recoverable depreciation, so you get the full claim value.
